Top Ranked Brand On Facebook

Terkenal dengan penghasilan produk/ kenderaan yang mantap... BMW juga terkenal di kalangan pengguna facebook. Huhu~



It looks like the BMW Group did it again, on top of getting numerous awards and such for its innovation and success, BMW Group recently added another feather to its cap by making the Global RepTrak 100 Report’s list of world’s most reputable companies. In the study, BMW Group was listed as the fourth highest company in terms of corporate reputation as well as the number one company in the area of “Products and Services”.
 

But then again this isn’t something completely new; the company has always been a reputable one and this is a repetition of the company’s success last year, while reinforcing its credentials as the world’s leading premium automaker. Each participating companies are evaluated based on the seven dimensions of reputation which are Products & Services, Innovation, Workplace, Governance, Citizenship, Leadership, and Performance.

That’s not all, the BMW Group also made it big online by being the top ranked brand on Facebook by the Facebook IQ 2011 study by community size, engagement, responsiveness, interaction and integration across other digital platforms. BMW Group may be a premium brand, but the group is also an all-around company that interacts with its customers and the community. It currently has more than 5.7 million fans on Facebook and is actively engaging with its community via a broad mix of brand-generated contents like videos, polls and photos, with an average of 0.28% of its community interacting with each post. BMW Group is also one of the pages with the most user-generated content on Facebook with more than 26,000 fan photos and 400 fan videos.
 

As for Malaysian side of things, although the BMW Group Malaysia Facebook has been created only nine months ago, it has grown to be one of the most active BMW fan pages in the Asian region with more than 17,000 fans and over 9,500 active users a month.
